Your company gets every feature for 7 days. Invite your team, set up departments and screenshot intervals, and install the desktop app on Windows, macOS or Linux. No credit card is needed.
Choose how many seats you need and pay by UPI from the Billing page. If you do not subscribe, tracking and reports pause when the trial ends, until you do.
A few minutes. Register your company, invite people by email, and each person installs the desktop app and signs in. Tracking starts when they press Start.
Windows (64-bit and 32-bit), macOS (separate downloads for Intel and Apple Silicon Macs) and Linux (AppImage for x64 and ARM, plus a background service mode). The app updates itself.
The app keeps recording. Work time, the app in use, keyboard and mouse activity counts and screenshots are saved on the computer for up to 7 days, then uploaded automatically when the connection comes back.
The app is built to be light. It runs quietly in the background and uploads in small batches, so it should not slow down normal work.
Yes. On Linux, iVision can run as a background service, so tracking continues even without the app window or tray icon.
No. iVision counts how often the keyboard and mouse are used each minute, to tell active time from idle time. It never records which keys were pressed or what was typed, so passwords and card numbers stay private.
When someone is using a sensitive app or window, such as net banking, payroll, a password manager or a private browser window, the desktop app blurs the screenshot on the computer before it is uploaded. Managers can see that work was happening without seeing private details.
iVision is built to collect only what is needed to measure work. It never records keystrokes, webcam or microphone, blurs sensitive screens, lets employees see their own hours, and lets admins choose how long screenshots and tracking data are kept. To ask us to delete data, email privacy@ivision.work. Meeting the Act also depends on how your company uses tracking, for example telling employees about it.
Company admins can see screenshots for everyone. Heads of department and managers see screenshots only for the people in their own department.
At checkout a UPI QR code appears on screen. Scan it with PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or any bank's UPI app. You pay in rupees, so there are no foreign exchange charges.
No. Prices are shown before 18% GST. Add your company GSTIN at checkout and every payment comes with a GST invoice you can download as a PDF.
Paying yearly costs 15% less than paying month by month. You get exactly the same features either way.
You can add seats at any time from the Billing page. You pay for the whole months left until your renewal date, so all seats renew together. To reduce seats, choose fewer seats when you renew.
Each seat is used on one computer at a time. This stops one seat from being shared across several machines.
When an employee switches computers, an admin moves their seat to the new machine in one click from the dashboard. The old computer stops using the seat, so you never pay twice.
Yes. iVision has an attendance API that your HR or payroll software can read using a private key. It gives clock-in and clock-out times, hours worked, and full-day, half-day or absent status. Your IT team or HR software provider can connect it.
Yes. Company admins can connect OpenProject so that tracked time is added to OpenProject work packages as time entries.
